I saw lots of these birds on Svalbard. They harass other sea birds, like gulls and puffins, into giving up the fish they just caught, by following them in the air, diving down on them, stooping and pecking until they drop the fish.I love the skua´s pretty colors and “mask”, which makes them look like a true bandit.
