Camelops

A group of Camelops Hesternus is relaxing in the shade. This is an extinct genur of camel that lived in North and Central America during the Pleistocene.

The illustration was made for permanent display at the Ice Age Fossil State Park in Nevada, US.
Technique is Copic Marker and colored pencil on Fabriano paper
