Description
A commissioned portrait of a lovely Quarter horse named Stela with her foal. Though the reference photo was pretty good, the resolution was low, and the background not very attractive (aluminium wall). So, had to improvise with that. I wanted the whole painting to have a “classical” feeling, like the paintings from the Golden Age in 17th century Europe.
