Fluff on the Ice – Baby Harp Seal

I just LOVE the contrast between hard, cold elements of nature and warm living creatures, and this baby harp seal was the perfect subject. His fur is so soft and fuzzy, and has such a beautiful warm white color, which contrasts beautifully with the cold, hard and smooth edges in all those cool blue and greenish hues of the ice. That pup is complete innocence too, while its world is hardly livable for any animal. Yet it belongs there, and might grow up to thrive in the arctic world. Nature is amazing.
